Everyone knows that selling off-the-plan properties can be extremely
difficult but extremely lucrative.

Being able to sell a property before its built could shorten a project
by anywhere between 6 months to a year. Imagine how much money you
would save.

Having your money locked in a development project for another 6 months
could mean $50,000 in opportunity lost for a $200,000 profit
development project.

So WHY are off-the-plan properties so difficult to sell? We
interviewed 10 agents (actually more than that) and basically it all

If you think about it, the biggest tool in any RE agents toolbox is
the HOME INSPECTION. In a development project, there is NOTHING TO
